Choices have been narrowed to a ProVia Aspect AP500 Series 501 (Double Hung) at $11,807 or the Okna 600 Series wit the HeatSeal Deluxe Package at $11,461. Both local companies come with very good references and have been in the area for a long time. Any recommendations?
