We had a failing roof underneath a roof deck. The deck was starting to sink into our roof! Frank M. came out and took a look, provided a scope of work with options for us and said we were about 2 weeks out to schedule the repairs. Called less than a week later and said they could be out ASAP. Finished in less than 2 days. They did an amazing job!

After a developer next door to us took down an adjoinIng wall which left our home with a torn up roof and water penetration, I called Loonstyn for a repair. Within a week of meeting with Frank, he had a team over and our roof was repaired. He was a pleasure to deal with, very responsive and on top of everything. I will be using them again.

I called, they answered, we set an appointment, Frank came. Frank sent quote. I replied and we set a time and a schedule. The dropped off supplies, did the work as scheduled and completed the work as schedule. They cleaned up after they were done and they left. We now have a new roof! No muss, no fuss. Contractors can be so difficult, this was easy and the work looks good and the price was fair.

I would recommend Loonstyn Roofing to anyone in the area looking for a new roof. They did our our row home in South Philly on the 1500 block of Wharton Street. I priced three (3) contractors. Frank was the only one to show up early (and on the correct day) to give me the quote. He was fully available by phone and email for my questions about the quote. The pricing, responsiveness and punctuality sealed the deal, so I selected him to do the work. They came on the day they said they would and finished early. After the work was done, he still answered questions I had. They also used a drone to take photographs of the roof following the work. That tells me that they know how to work smart and use technology to their advantage. If you are thinking of a new roof or repairs, then give Loonstyn a call today!

Loonstyn Roofing was excellent for silver seal coating my South Philadelphia rowhome! The company was were very responsive. I was contacted by Frank, who runs the day to day operations of the company, the same day. Frank viewed it using technology via satellite imaging and gave me a quote, 20 minutes later. Included in the cost was repair of any minor damage or low points. Frank was reliable, fair, and professional in all of his interactions with me. I would highly recommend this company to anyone, including my own family.
