Great Windows / Great and Fast Response to service request. It turns out that the cool air that was entering our home through the window was because the window was locked without the window being fully closed thus creating a poor seal. March of 2012 my wife and I had all of our windows and outside doors replaced by Krasiva. The change was dramatic. The house was much quieter with a lot less air leaks. Utility bills went down. On Oct 2019, one of the patio glass door handle parts cracked and came loose. This door is used more than any other door in the house because
3 dogs go in and out and we spend the most time in that part of our yard. I first talked to Ray at Krasiva on Nov 1st. She was amazingly pleasant and efficient. She immediately started a service order to get the handle replaced. Later that week she called to say that the parts would be covered and they were being sent. On Nov 8 Derrick notified me that the handle had been shipped to the store at no charge. Today, Nov 11th, he told us that the handle was in and we could pick it up. Less than 30 minutes after we got the part home I had it installed. The new handles fit and look great. Krasiva and their employees are fantastic! Awesome customer service.John Spall

Love this company, from the first visit with salesman to installation with the wonderful team, we are so pleased. They arrived on time and started working right away, cleaned up and replaced some wood that needed to be replaced, looked like they had never been there but the windows are keeping out the heat and we love them.
