A+ operation. I’m the president of a condo association for a 5 unit building. We needed roof work done. The Castelli team was great, start to finish. Consistent communication. Fair prices. Courteous – roofers always took their boots off when walking through the unit onto the roof. Got all the necessary permits, which I know was a challenge. The work was completely thoroughly and swiftly. We will use them again, and I encourage you do so too! Marcy should get a raise. She’s a superstar

I called, they answered, we set an appointment, Frank came. Frank sent quote. I replied and we set a time and a schedule. The dropped off supplies, did the work as scheduled and completed the work as schedule. They cleaned up after they were done and they left. We now have a new roof! No muss, no fuss. Contractors can be so difficult, this was easy and the work looks good and the price was fair.

Castelli has become my go-to roofer, maintaining a roof they didn’t install and one that they did. Also did drain boxes and chimney caps and everything has held up will for years. Cooperative and easy to work with. Do your part, keeping up with your inspections, and they do theirs, coming out to address any leaks that arise during warranty (only happened once to me after several years).
They also did a nice job capping my crumbling, asphalt shingled 2nd floor bumpout with vinyl. If you have a two-story S Philly rowhouse you know what I mean. Looks great!Rich G

Contact with the office was quick and responsive, the job was done quickly and within three weeks of initial contact. The job site itself was left clean. No complaints.
Had a leak in my roof and after almost one year and 4 visits he can’t fix it. He also never calls before he comes to repair and just shows up. I am very frustrated and while my roof continues to leak he gives me nothing but excuses. He put siding on my wall and the flashing on the top is bent and the leak is coming from behind my gutter box. I am truly fed up. Hire him at your own risk.

The roof job that this company did made my roof leaks WORSE. Significantly worse. They’re rude and impossible to get ahold of. And now I have to pay someone else to take off what Castelli did and redo the entire roof b/c the shoddy job they did damaged my home.

This is a family owned and operated company always striving to provide great customer service. Winner of the Angie’s List Super Service Award 11 years in a row and People Love Us on Yelp 3 years in a row. Since they are family owned, it is sometimes hard to get to every call promptly so you have to sometimes be patient, but it’s worth it since the quality of their work and workers are above standard.
